Look at your dashboard
This is your home base every time you log in — announcements at the top, your pinned tools below that. Nothing to do here yet, just know it's where you'll land.

Do today's training scenario
Click Daily Training. Pick your curriculum if you haven't already, then answer today's question. It's graded instantly.
This is the one thing worth doing every single day — it's what keeps you covered on the current TREC 20-19 form.

Browse the Tools Directory once
Click Browse All Tools. Search or use the Buyer/Seller/General tabs to see everything available. Pin the 3-4 you'll use most — they'll show up on your dashboard from then on.

Send your IABS once, so you know how
Open My IABS from the Tools Directory. Try sending it to yourself first if you want a practice run before using it with a real client.

Know the one required step
Before using any AI tool with an actual client, you have to complete Client AI Disclosure first. Do it once and it's done.
This isn't optional — it's what unlocks the client-facing tools.
